Spring Cleaning Day is an event in Animal Crossing and Doubutsu no Mori e+ that occurs on May 1. They resell the them in their shop to support Habitat for Humanity. Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore will pick up all sorts of working kitchen and laundry appliances and housewares, but also things like roofing, nearly full cans of paint, pavers and other hardware goods. And they’ll take your art (but not your objet d’art). Volunteers will pick up your items and deliver to local families.
